Not Long Now Until We Open for our Summer Sports Camps 2020!

With less than a Week to go we would like to draw your attention to some important features of our summer camps and some important pages and information which can be found on our website
Front Entrance Closed: Due to essential building works taking place on the school building, getting it ready for the new
academic term it has been confirmed today that the front entrance to the Swavesey Village College site will be CLOSED to both cars and pedestrians.
Access to camps will only be possible by the rear entrance off Fen Drayton Road
Time Table Released: After a lengthy consultation with period with numerous organisations, including AfPE, Public Health England and the Swavesey School Management team we have now been able to release a detailed time table of what we will be running day to day on camps.
We have tried to keep any and all changes to a minimal to what we would normally run, with many activities remaining but being adapted to allow for new COVID-19 precautionary measures to be observed.
Covid-19 Policies and Procedures: With the risk of COVID-19 still ever present we know that leaving your child or children at a summer camp can be a little unnerving and as such we felt it important to be as transparent in how we are dealing with the ever present threat of COVID-19 on our camps
Cancellations and Refunds Policy: As we begin to come out of lock down and life slowly is beginning to get back to normal we understand some of you are still concerned about what might come next. This said we are getting numerous emails and phone calls asking about our cancellations and refunds policy. So we thought we would help point you int eh right direction to learn more.
