We are pleased to announce our bookings for our Easter camps this year are now OPEN. Furthermore, we are also excited to share the news that another local school has agreed to partner with us to run a second site this year. This means for the first time in our history (without Covid-19 getting in the way), we are going to be operating AK-tivities camps this Easter and Summer holidays in both Pathfinder (Northstowe) and Hemingford.

Our Mission
We are really looking forward to expanding our camps to reach more families in need of outstanding provision over the holidays at an affordable rate. Those who have booked on with us in the past will recognise our dedication to support the community and families in difficult financial times. We take great pride in offering prices that continue to beat similar organisations. However, whilst we endeavor to promote our camps as much as possible, you also have a great opportunity to spread the word of our new camps and pass on our details to those who might benefit from our services. Please note places are limited at the Hemingford site and we anticipate these spaces to fill up quickly. We would hate for you to miss out and we encourage anyone looking to book with us to do so as early as possible.
Is There a Difference Between the Two Camps?
We want to reassure you that by booking at either camp, your children will be receiving the best experiences possible. Both of our camps are run by fully trained staff who have been working at AK-tivities for many years and are looking forward to camps just as much as the children. The timetables will differ slightly as to which day some of our more popular activities are on such as Archery Tag and Nerf wars. However, the majority of activities we offer are the same for both camps. We do recommend having a look at our timetables (which can be found on our Hemingford and Pathfinder webpages) to get a better idea of what to expect each day on camp weather permitting.

How can I pay?
Payments for camp bookings are made online through our website booking system. We accept payments made via card and childcare vouchers. We have also been asked more recently if we accept tax-free childcare vouchers and we are still currently waiting for our application to be processed. Therefore, if you are in receipt of either the HAF scheme or tax-free childcare credit, please get in touch with the AK team and we will be able to help adjust your payment for this. We will require some form of proof to confirm you are eligible for this.
