Following government advice announced yesterday,we willsuspend all climbing wall activity at our Swavesey Village College site. This includes all Tuesday evening, Friday Afternoon and Saturday Morning sessions.
We are still hoping to run our Easter Sports Camps at Swavesey Village College subject to continued review as the situation progresses.
This decision has been taken following government 'social distancing' advice in the interests of keeping everyone safe at this very concerning time.
Where possible we support the government in encouraging all our members to maintain their own personal fitness and keep active during this time, while following government guidelines about safe distance and safe exercise environments.
We will continue to review and monitor government advice and will provide detailed updates on the impact to any and all of our services in the coming days and weeks.

Easter Sports Camps
Our Easter Sports Camps will continue to run until such time as any advice is issued by Public Health England that may state such childcare services should not be continued. We would ask all participants observe good hygiene as advised by the NHS.
If we forced to close our Easter Sports Camps we will issue an immediate notification to all who have booked onto our camps with detailed information as to the reasons why and how a full refund can be claimed for services not delivered due to any closure.
Should you have already booked onto our sports camps but wish to cancel your booking for any reason, a full refund will be issued only if a minimum of 24hrs notice is provided from the booking date (all cancellations need to be emailed to aktivities.ltd@gmail.com).
[Please note: in our efforts to reduce any risk to both children and staff attending our Sports Camps we my need to alter/change some activities and change the format of our day to limit close contact with others and cater for increased hygiene protocols to be implemented]
